Classic Thai-Chinese Charoen Krung Restaurant. They have all the classics restaurant dishes. Rice dishes, porridge, noodles, seafood, pork, etc. Atmosphere is old school Thai. I love it. It’s not super cozy but very laid back. They also sell beers and seem to have a lot of regulars from the neighborhood. Prices are very reasonable.

An okay place to get a taste of steamed Chinese pork-shrimp dumpling and soup. Price is on the upper end, but location is great. It's close to the main post building, and there are many galleries and art shops around.

Nostalgic Thai-Chinese Bangrak spot that blends tradition with creativity. Their set menu is a standout, thoughtfully designed with inventive flavor pairings alongside comforting classics. Every designated dish comes with balance. Family type service and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere & perfect place to enjoy authentic local food.

Old-school Thai-Chinese spot that feels reassuringly local — in an area crawling with tourists, everyone inside was Thai. Always a good sign. The Pad See Eew came with proper wok hei credentials, though it was leaning towards the dry side and could’ve used a bit more flavor magic. The Sweet and Sour Pork? Delicious. Just… gone in about three bites. Same story for the Shrimps with Yellow Curry Powder — sauce was spot on, heavy on that classic celery kick — but three lonely little shrimps? Really? Morning Glory stir-fried nicely, no complaints there. Prices are fair, but portions run on the petite side. Still, tasty food, authentic atmosphere. Solid 4 stars.

And I kept coming back here again and again for the food. They basically reminded me of the food that welcome you back home or your nextdoor restaurant if you living in a Chinese-Thai commercial area. Some might found the service here is a little bit confusing and slow, please stay calm, it worth the waited the style of the restaurant is still using old school system such as hand written order (by yourself) calculate bills by hand (let them know if mistakes) and they are busy all day. I admire the way they keep the old recipe since opening (the black board in video shows the original menu and price like seriously 5 baht!!) Recommended dish ⭐⭐⭐⭐Set menu (so you can try a little of this and that) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐โกยซีหมี่ Crispy noodle with bamboo gravy sauce, this will taste tingling at beginning and after that you will find it unstoppable (the potion is huge, if come alone I recommend to order from set menu) There are 2 floor, bottom floor is hot and noisy but you can see them cooking just in-front of you Second floor have ac.

Good Thai Chinese. No frills atmosphere but good food and good WC. Professional setup with one or two women taking care of the noodle station and four chefs at the pass in the kitchen station. Food arrives quickly. Set meals are extremely good value. Their broth we had was bland but deep fried and stir fried dishes were excellent.

The satisfaction level far exceeds the price you pay. Today, I tried the light and refreshing wonton soup, the generously portioned stir fried mixed vegetable, and the shrimp Phat Phong Curry—all of them were delicious. And incredibly low price. The food is also served very quickly. They have wide variety of menu options, so I’d love to come back and try more dishes.

An old Chinese restaurant serving Cantonese food. It is a small shophouse with seating on the first floor and second floor as well, but no parking. The food tastes good, not too sweet. People of all ages can eat it. Some menus have never been found in other restaurants. It's worth a try.
